migrating from Novell to MS WIN2003 file server

I am in the beginning stages of migrating from a Novell data file server to Windows 2003 server.

Im looking for advice on 2 things...

1. Any utility out there that may assist in moving the Netware security permissions into a Windows Active Directory domain.

2. Any other helpful tips on this type of migration you may have.
