Question Dual HardDrives

When I installed my Win 2000 Pro to C:\ , it also installed files to my D:\ . When I open Windows Explorer it almost looks like mirror
images.

Is there anyway to clean out D:\ without damageing my OS?

Thanks for any and all help.

You should be able to but before you do this go to Run and type in this.
C:\Boot.ini
and also D:\Boot.ini (If Applicable)

Make sure Windows isn't booting from the HD you are about to delete from.
