Changing Fonts in Outlook

Hi....

I hope you can help.... we are having a REALLY annoying problem here... When some users send an email the font look ok say size 10, but then if you check your sent items to re-read it some (not all) of the text changed to size 12??????? This doesn't happen every time... just now and again. However our users are getting really annoyed by it because it appears to other users that they are over emphasizing certain points within the email......

Hope someone can help....
