windows 2000 cd wont boot

i had 2 operating systems on my hard drive so i dleaned the hard drive with diskkill and when i turn on the computor it will only boot from the floppy and i have changed my bios so it can boot from cd rom but it says invaled system disk when i restart to install 2000 my other computor boots fine from cd rom with the same 2000 cd and the computor is a dell dimension xps p166c

Is it a upgrade disk or full OEM install disk? Change it (BIOS) to boot from CD only and disable floppy boots. Your floppy drive might be hung on start up.
