Internet connection problem

Hello everyone!!

I have recently installed Windows 2000 Server
and I am providing a little freehosting service
here in Norway.

My problem is when I connect to internett, I can
only be connected maximum 30-45 minutes, after
that I am not able to view any website trough either
IE or Opera.

The odd thing is that I can get access to an external
FTP-server trough a FTP-client (like SmartFTP) and
use P2P filesharing programs to download mp3s etc.

Some usefull information:
- I have Service Pack 1 installed
- I have 1024x256 KB/s connection
- Using RASPPPoE to connect trough internet

Do anyone her know what the problem is??
Do a upgrade from SP1 to SP4 recover this
error/problem??

I'm having the exact same problem, with the exception that I haven't installed any Service Pack.
Have you got the solution meanwhile?
