Deleting Folder

I am using Windows 2000 and am unable to delete a folder. The folder contains a saved e-card with a SWF file in it. Although the file is in the folder, when I try to delete, it says that it can't find the specified file name. However, the folder that it is in has a very long file name and I also have an error message saying that it is a Windows 95 long file name and unable to delete. Renaming the folder does not work as it refuses to do so. Hellllppppppp this is really annoying and frustrating - any ideas?

Get a NTFS boot disk from this site and then boot from the disk (DOS Mode) and delete it from DOS.
