yo dudes n dudettes . . .
man i need drivers for my Conexant Soft56K Data, Fax, RTAM PCI Modem. can anyone tell me where to get the drivers? I already got the drivers installed for WindowsME [ i got 2 OSs] but I cant find those for Win2000 Pro.

I would assume that is a HSF modem !?!
You can get the generic Conexant drive for HSF modem directly from Conexant:
