Windows NT Startup problem

I could not find a forum for NT so I am posting my querry here.

My lab has a PC with Windows NT and many users have their account in it. Last week someone accidentally moved it while someone was working on it and it restarted. But it was very very slow and it took more than 5 minutes for the login screen to appear. Moreover, noone is able to login to it anymore. It says the domain does not exist.

The last time I used the computer, there was a popup message saying "run chkdisk" ...

I don't know what to do. We have to fix it ourselves since the guy responsible is not available. Can someone help ?
