Long Delay in Printing

It takes a long time before my printer prints after the command. I have this printer for two years no problems before ,reinstalled the driver but the problem persists any remedy.win 2000

check the advance settings from printer properties. Try prints directly to printer. see if it works. What printer are you using?

It is a HP 656c Desk Jet what settings should i change from advance settings
