I don't think you can remove either one of the operating system cleanly, so with that said, here is some info you could work with.
You did not mentioned that if you want to keep the original OS or the second one. Original Operating system would be install using "WINNT" directory, and any subsequent install would be named as WINNT1, or 2,...., Any time you install an OS it will create a bunch of Default folder such as "Program Files", you will notice that there will be only on copy of "Program Files" in your computer (unless you install the OS in different drive), so don't touch that.
If you want to remove the second OS, the I would suggest to remove /Delete the "WINNT1" directory and the modify the BOOT option so it will not prompt you to which OS you want to go to on the start up, here is how: Go to Start / Setting / Control Panel / System / Advance / Startup and Recovery / On system Startup Section , remove the Check mark where is says, Display the list of Operating system (Obviously, just above it use the drop down menu and select the first Operating system).
