Access Denied to Windows 2000 Pro PC from Windows ME PC

Cannot access Windows 2000 shared resources from Windows ME while vice versa is possible. Both computers can ping each other successfully and are connected with a hub. They both belong to the same workgroup, i really don't know what's wrong, i have checked their IP as well as subnet but...
Thus i can't share printers and all.

Please please help.

Do you have a login for the ME computer and is it the same as the W2k computer?

Thanks for your time Gasman. I actually solved my problem by going in Local settings and enabled guest account and added it to the permission
