Problem with Windows explorer

I downloaded Spybot and Adaware updated both and scanned the
system.It removed the leftover files of internet explorer
but still one problem is there...my windows explorer is not working
i.e.whenever I click at My Computer,My Documents etc. icons
or whenever i want to view a help file,a program error comes
and I'm not able to open these things.I also installed the service
pack for iexplorer,it was installed successfully but when i click
on internet explorer icon it again gives the same program error
and does'nt opens.Plz let me know what steps should i take
to correct this problem.

try the beta microsoft anti-spyware tool. it works well and may resolve a browser hijack problem. Another tool that is very handy is Microsoft's Tweak UI powertoy. This will let you change alot of configuration setting and avoid hacking the registry..

thanks but my windows explorer is not working and this tool tweakui is for enhancing the features of windows explorer.Whenever i click on any icon my explorer window does'nt comes up.once my exp. window comes up then only i can use this tool.
