Application Error in Outlook

I am having problems with Mocrosoft Outlook. When I click on "New" on the tool bar I recieve a message: "The instruction at 0x3a444965 referenced memory at 0x5f8524f0. The memory could not be read." I do not know how to proceed and require assistance. Please help..!!

Uninstall office, reinstall it. Or...you could use the repair installation feature. Probably a corrupted file in there somewhere...
