windows 2000 service pack 4 problem

hi, i'm having problems updating windows 2000 downloading service pack 4.
i goto windowsupdate.microsoft.com because automatic updates doesnt detect it.
then it searches for updates and finds sp4.
i click install, accept agreement, starts to install, but then it says: 'the server did not respond'. it says that it is possible to install sp4 without internet connection during installation. how?

Did you try downloading from different site ?

If not, the give this site a try.
