Shutdown problem in windows 2003

my PC use power supply atx. when i shutdown PC, it can't turn off automatic.

yeah, i had done... a big problem is no NT Amp/Legacy device when i Right Click on My Computer / Property / HardWare /Device Manager / View / Show Hidden Devices.
