The links that Beeboy sent you are the ones that helped me out a great deal. I just removed Win98se from my PC 2 days ago and did "Clean Install" of Win2000 Pro. I got 4 floppys and D/L the Bootup files to them. Just poped in floppy #1 , booted PC, followed directions on monitor. When I put in floppy #4 , rebooted, I then put in Win2000 CD also. One great piece of advice I received from this forum and "dick471" was before I went into Device Manager to add my Hardware's drivers I loaded the 3 Service Paks. Put them on a CD-R if you can. In case your unable to get on-line to D/L them.! Again, I'm no Rocket Scientist but I was able to do it. Just take deep breath and Good Luck
