Blue Screen 0x0000035

I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 notebook that boots to the blue screen and locks up.
Error on the blue screen is No_MORE_IRP_LOCATIONS. Boots fine in safemode. I have tried serveral cleaning programs with out any luck. Programs used HI-Jack,Ad-aware,CWS,Pest control, MSconfig. Any help would be helpful.

All I can find is that it relates to USB. Not much help I know, but maybe you have something USB connected, or a driver is corrupt.
