Reset administrator permission for D drive

While logged in as Administrator I accidentally set the administrator permission for the D drive to Deny. Now I cannot access it to change it back.

I have logged on in Safe mode in the hope that this would enable me to get at it, but although it allows me to see the permissions it just confirms what an idiot I've been.

Is there any way to reset the administrator permission?

(I am using Win 2000 Professional with SP4 installed.)
