My FAT is dead, how to recover my data?

Hello!
That's what my disc structure used to be

C: FAT32 6GB
Linux SWAP 1GB
Linux EXT3 14GB
G: FAT32 15GB
H: FAT32 20GB
I: FAT32 10GB
J: FAT32 45GB

System: Windows 2000, hard drive Maxtor.

Unfortunately, I messed up with Windows partition management program and now, when I launch my PC I only see partition C (size 6GB), the rest - disappeared.
I also had to do fixmbr, so I cannot load Linux (but I don't care).

Anyway, I figured that my FAT is gone, but my data is still there, but unreachable, how can I get it back?

Thanks for any help!

F.
