Policy Template Windows Update Automatic Updates

I am running Novell 5.1 servers using Zen for Desktops 4, my client PC's are Windows 2000.
I can run zenworks policies to control how my client pc's get their windows updates from our WSUS server, my problem though is that on Windows 2000 the wuau.adm policy template in Windows Group Policy is not installed by default on W2K, is there a way, i.e. batch file etc to run through a login script or any other means that will add this template on to my client pc's automatically without them having to logon to a windows server.

Please somebody help??
