Disable DHCP error messages/ windows error messages.

Hi guys!
I have a small problem but i cannot find the solution. I have a DHCP client running in our NT workstation (Win NT 4.00.1381). If it cannot get a DHCP address the following windows pop-up appears: "The DHCP client could not obtain an IP address. If you want to see DHCP messages in the future, choose YES. Otherwise choose NO". I want to avoid that the user get this popup or similar ones (for example if the address could not be renewed)! Can i set some flag in the registry to avoid those messages for ever?

what if you just set a static IP?

Hi and thanks for the answer, jombeewoof.
I am not allowed to use static IPs.We had used till now static IPs but I am forced to use DHCP because our IT Department is changing the network structure and they use from now on DHCP, so they say we have to use that too and they dont allow us to continue using the static ones.
