Set a System restore Point before installing driver just in case

This is the driver for your Monorail 8005 sound, it's at DriversGuide, you will have to register first http://members.driverguide.com/drive...?driverid=4627

Hope this helps

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Have you tried Win Update, custom install to see if an updated driver is listed. If you have installed the driver for Win98 update should offer a more up to date driver. I'd try this first.

This is the driver from Yamaha it's an OPL3-SAx http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/prod...downloads.html

and this one is at DriversGuide http://members.driverguide.com/drive...riverid=122188

Hope this helps
