I'm behind a Cisco router as well as a Cisco PixFirewall. After examining the configuration of the firewall and the router I don't see anything wrong with the setup. And seeing as how our 2 domain controllers can get to the web I'm confused as to where the problem might be.
Another confusing issue is the fact that from any machine on property (the 2 working Domain Controllers as well as every other server and workstation) if you try to ping an outside site, DNS will resolve the proper address for it but continuously returns Request Timed Out.
If anyone has had a problem like this before or knows of a solution I would be much appreciative.
Thanks,

Did you try to set the IP address / Subnet / gateway addresses manually just to see if it will work ? I assume your Cisco box does the DHCP !! Is there any policy in place for not allowing Ping to go through......Do you run proxy on the DC ? is there policy being forced by DC to change HOST file on login ? have to checked the HOSTS file to see if it's not messed-up ?
Cheers
