Active Directory & OpenLDAP

Hi everyone....

In the company I work, we use OpenLDAP in a FreeBSD server to authenticate users, we have just opened an "only Windows laboratory" and we need to integrate the services we allready have for linux machines to windows machines....

I've just tried lidife or something like that, it is a program that runs with windows 2003 console and it takes a ldif files of any user and add it to Active Directory.... So, i've allready tried it and it works....

But, im looking for a tool, that could help me to authomate this process...so both, openldap and Active directory keep synchronized each other.....

I think Microsoft ADAM and MIIS tools are related to this, but im just starting to try them....

Can anyone help me!!!!, im new about this... maybe that is not the best way, so if you have any other idea, it is wellcome

Thanks!!!!
