I have a problem, anyone can help!!!!

I am trying to work with movie maker, my problem is that in administrator I have many different effects and transitions, but when other people login in under guest account they dont have the same features as in administrator. Is there a way to allow the same effects and transitions from the administrator into a guest account.

No but you can always add another account and set it up as an administrator
