Strange Problem Between Servers

Hi,

I have two servers (Main, Pro). On my Main server it is running Server 2003R2 Enterprise, and Pro is running Server 2003 Standard.

Ok - here's the little problem im experiencing, I just recently rebuilt my Main Server. Before the rebuild it was running Active Directory, DNS, IIS, and it worked perfectly. Other computers (7) on the network were able to connect to it to access certain shared folders, and the Pro server was able to access the Active Directory to set permissions for folders on that server.

After the rebuild, I set up Active Directory, DNS, and IIS again. When I connected it to my Pro server again, the Pro server joined the AD sucessfully - or so I thought. When I try and set permissions on certain folders on my Pro server, it gives me an error saying it cannot connect to the Active Directory Server. When I ping between the servers, it comes back positive. I can open folders from the Main Server, on the Pro Server, but cannot set proper permissions on folders. The folders are backup folders for each user on the Active Directory, and cannot be accessed on Client computers at all.

And there is one other problem also, my Main Server will not allow any folder connections from Active Directory accounts, only on non-Active Directory accounts.

If someone could please help me, it would be very appreciated.
