Problems Receiving External Emails

Hi guys,

I've got Windows 2003 server (Enterprise) OS and setup Exchange 2003 (Enterprise) on my Dell Server. I can send out emails from Outlook 2003 to my Hotmail but cannot receive it from Hotmail to Outlook. It brings up a 'mail daemon' email saying it could not send the email.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem????

Suggestions appreciated.
