Shared Folder Read Only Problem

We have got a Shared Folder shared by PC#1 & PC#2.

On PC#1, a file A in the Shared Folder is opened & the closed later.
We found on PC#2 the file A is opened at "Read only" mode even
that the file A is already closed on PC#1. The problem can be solved
only after PC#1 is shut down & re-started which is quite annoying.

Could anybody give an answer with much thanks ??
