Lost Thumbnails in Windows Explorer in Win 2000 sp4

Hello ! I can't see thumbnails (of any format - .jpeg, .gif, .bmp,..) in my windows explorer ??? I've windows 2000 on P4 1gb ram. Recently I upgrated to Office 2003 from office 97 and this problem started. I've tried everything but still in pain !!! All else on my computer is just fine except for this problem. I'm a part-time photographer and love using windows explorer for viewing the thumbnails B4 using Photoshop for further photo processing. It's just for convineance I love Windows Explorer, that I like to use or if this is complicated to fix then I'll just start getting used to using Photoshop viewer, as I do not want any more problem in my Laptop to fix this "Minor" problem. If someone can help me out I'll really be very very thankful....Thanks a Lot.
BTW my friend told me about this site recently & I found this site just Amazing, am surprised with peoples knowledge about computers & its applications. !!!!!

Hi AnariAjnabi,
This one needs some registry updates, as this problem is caused by some corruption in registry, mostly when office is removed or reinstalled but less likely when office is updated but now click here and follow up with steps, REMEMBER to backup your registry before you start, as this procedure although very simple is irreversible and may lead upto reinstalling the OS, if not followed properly, Good Luck.....chow
