Have you installed anything recently? A new program, application or utility? How about new drivers? Usually it is a result of one of those.

Boot into windows advanced options by pressing F8 on start up. Try using VGA mode option and see if it will boot up. If it works fine, then you know your drivers are bad and it was a driver that you recently installed. You can do a rollback on the driver.

0x000000A - IRQ_Not_Less_Or_Equal - If you're getting this and no other work around has been found for you, you may need to reinstall your Operating System.

First off, the OP should have a look here:
http://northtechs.com/blscreen.htm

Plakkams, why are you using server 2K3 for a lappy OS? A "workaround"?

Do an online check: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Or try a free for none commercial use product like AVG: http://www.grisoft.com/
