hdd not showing in disk management

in our one server, windows2000 server 2 scsi hdd
1st hdd id 0 and windows installed on that harddisk

opening diskmanagement that hdd(boot partition) not showing,
2nd hdd showing
i want to mirror boot volume
pls give one solution

Ensure that the drive is connected correctly. Ensure the drive is working by the noise it should make when the server is powering up.
