Come out msg svchost.exe.. pls help me

Hi! Very Good Day to you,

I'm having this problem quite long.. till i don't know what to do anymore.. if i'm working offline.. there is no problem at all, but once i connect to the internet, this message will come out :

"svchost.exe has detect some problem and your programme need to restart" something like that...

For your info, I have antivir virus protection and have done spyware scan in safe mode using AVGSPYWARE and detecting few virus. And my AVGSPYWARE active with resident shield.. is that not enough to protect my pc from these svchost virus??? (if it is virus).

Anyway.. friends out there..please help me ...

SVCHOST

Friend or foe? you need to find out, it could be either a system file to help make your system run and perform better, or a virus.

Log in to safe mode -
go to start - All programs - Start up - see if SVCHOST is there, if it is, delete it. (right cilck and click delete)
