Unable to Install Nero 7

Hi I'm using Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition and I'm unable to install Nero 7 on that. when run the setup file after some process going and and getting the message " The wizard was interrupted before Nero 7 Essentials could be completely installed" Your System has not been modified, To complete the installtion at another time, please run the setup again" " Try manual and automatic installation process.

I have only one way format and install windows xp.

Have you tried the Nero 7 Clean tool,then reboot and attempt a clean install of Nero ?
