[Driver Needed]

I have a VAIO Desktop (VGC-LA1) and in device manager ther is an unrecognized PCI Device. Everest Ultimate Edition says it is the Intel 82801GBM ICH7-M - High Definition Audio Controller [B-0]. This is the only thing stopping me from regaining my computers sound. Any help would be much appreciated.
