Missing Templates

We got a dozen new, identical IBM PC's with W2K. On some, I can't see the Special Projects on WordPerfect 9. I've tried reinstalling, doing a custom install, refreshing (under options), and even looked in the registry key, but I can't figure out why the Special Projects show up on some PC's and not on others.

Help!
