I've been recieving a blue screen with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error message for several months, after closing out of video games, and just ignoring it. Now, my pc will not boot, no video. Ive taken all cards out and replaced video and still no boot no beeps, nothing. Could it just be my RAM that's bad? Or am I looking at a bad motherboard and or CPU? I have a Biostar motherboard and an Athlon XP 1700 processor running 256 meg's of ddr ram.

Yes, I do have a CD Burner. It's an old HP 9300 series 12X
