slow hibernate speed & boot speed

hii ,iam using windows 2003 server,1 gb ram,my pc takes too much time at startup and also very slow speed of hibernate,it takes 4-5 min to hibernate,Thanks in advance

Hi, windows server is not a work station its a server as such hibernate should be disabled and yes boot time may be longer.
