Service pack question

I recently upgraded to win2k about 3 months ago and have not yet downloaded any service packs
Can anybody tell me if i have to download them all individually or is there just one that will do everything ?
And if so,which version ?

although I forget how to do it since it has been so long, it is possible to slipstream the service pak and burn a windows installation disc (I did it with SP-3 and WinXP SP1). This is mostly used by people who install windows on numerous machines more frequently and dont have to hassle with instlaling the SP afterwards.
