dos application on win2003 server.

Hi guys,
I hope that you will have a solution for my problem.
I have a windows 2003 server configured as a file server, and four win xp workstations. on a share on the serve I have this DOS application (i think it's a 16 bit program). on the Xp workstation I created a short cut and pointed it to the share on the server. it works ok without any problems,
but soon I try to start the program on the second workstation , everything gets so slow and then freezes until I go and shutdow one of the program.
can you please help me, I while need to run more than one instace of this application.

Hi, for 16 bit progarms to run on a 32 bit system it will have to run in its own memory space.
