Thumbs down Cannot reset E (encryption) attribute

Since yesterday, I cannot open or attach some files (.doc, .xls) that have attribute E (encrypted) included in a encrypted folder. If I try to reset the E attibute (CIPHER command, for example or via Win Explorer) I get an error message that says that the file is in use and the access is denied. Same error if I try to reset the E attribute to the entire folder.

Any good idea to recover my files ?
Thanx
Andrea
