When loading personal settings...

It is taking a long time to load personal settings when I boot up. There is only one program in the startup folder. What can I do?

First test system by booting to Safe Mode.

If the issue is not present in safe mode, the check this registry keys and post info:

HkeyLM>software>microsoft>windows>current version>run
HkeyLM>software>microsoft>windows>current version>runonce

HkeyCU>software>microsoft>windows>current version>run
HkeyCU>software>microsoft>windows>current version>runonce

The only entries on the right panels should be ab(Default).
