can't view source code of sites?

Anyone know why when i try to view source code of any sites including my own it does not work?

even if i save a site to my hardrive then open in dreamweaver it will show the source in code view but will not show the site in design view?

wll confused its only just happend a few days ago and can't understand it.

Im not sure, But that doesnt sound too good.

Try putting your windows 2000 CD in, and installing it to the same directory of windows again. Be careful and make sure you choose the "upgrade" option not "full install". Back up your "Documents" to another folder.

In doing this it refreshes all your system files, But doesnt delete content. You may also need to just put a few settings back like Screen resoloution.

But im really not sure why its doing that. Sorry

I've had this problem as well and it was solved with a fresh install of IE. I was using 5.5 and upgraded to 6.

Also, like you there was no obvious reason why it suddenly stopped showing the source.

Must be some automatic (read: MS-style behind your back) security setting.

Sounds like a bit of broken javascript if you can't see it in dreamweaver.
