Flash problems in explorer

Cannot play flash in explorer. Had same problem in firerfox, but downloaded couple .dll files and it works now, so tried to copy them to the plugin file of explorer, no luck.

Anyone know how to fix? Already tried downloading and installing flash again...nada...

hide, lock, whatever to IE....lol....use firefox, is easier and safer.
