Hi Bookworm and thx ... Yeah I am kind of wondering the samething whether it will work , Though it will be months away before I get a copy and even then I am not sure which version type , I mean if I decide to install Vista on 3 computers ? I think it would be probably best to get the family deal , Then again If I don't use Vista on 3 comps ? Maybe OEM version is the way to go , Also then there the bit problems , Should I go for 64 or stay with 32 ? Because sooner or later the manufacturer's will start making their product for 64 bit , Best thing is ? I still have lots of time before I do decide and I hope by then ? It will be easy to decide , At the present time now ? I would go for 64bit upgrade version

According to this Microsoft page, some versions of XP can upgrade to some versions of Vista without requiring a clean install.
