vista message saying have only local access on dial up connection
Purchased a new laptop yesterday with Vista already loaded. When log on to internet via dial up connection get indication of limited connectivity then local access then local and internet access. After this bring up Internet Explorer and in process of surfing the web the connectivity goes to local access only and cannot load any web pages. Any solutions?
