i am also having problems with no sound

i have looked in many threads and tried a lot of things but it still wont let me listen to any sound

Got no sound

hi im running vista prem on latitude c610 my sound was working perfect on xp now its telling me ive no sound card help lol !!!!!!

Please HELP im having the same problem above. when i installed Vista Business on my HP media center 864n (originally came with XP os.), i lost my sound...i need new drivers for my card, but i can't find it even on hp website, and i don't even know if it exists..please help!!
