Cant Access Control Panel

Hello there!

Currently Im having rouble accessing my control panel. In the way thats I cant. Every time I try to open it I get the message that Explorer has crashed, and the two options of checking the internet for solutions, or just reset the program. (Of course checking online does bugger all!)

I read somewhere that changing any file ending .cpl thats new in system32 to .cpl0 (Or anything random really) but that didnt work!

Any help with this is much appreciated,

Did you turn off any services at all??

Software licensing service can't be turned off or access to the CP will be blocked.

If you haven't done anything like that then I recommend you to run a full system check...
