Deleted Empty Folder Creating endlessly on Desktop

Hi
I'd created a empty folder called testing on the destop. At end of work i had deleted the folder.
After some time am seeing the folder again in the destop.

Even I had deleted it from the RE-cycle bin and also as suspection I had turned off the Restore faciliy for the C:. But still the folder is re-creating on the destop.

Am using the system as admin user.

So please help me to resovle this bug,
