Best thing I could recommend, is go int o device manager.
Start - device and see if there's anything under Sound, Video and Game controllers and see if you have any errors, or (!).
If you do, double click on the one that's showing the error and then there should be an "Error Code" with a number, like Error Code 28 for example.
Right click on it and then click uninstall and there might be a tick box that you can select to also remove the SW aswell as the drivers, choose this.
Failing that, do a Google search or something like that, or even reply on here and we could try and help resolve this issue for you!
