Audio Problem

Hey guys. I know I need to list down the system spec and everything, but I do not know where to find them. Can you guys pls guide me along?

I am encountering this problem and I cant seem to resolve myself.
The problem is my sounds play through earphones and the speakers at the same time! And also I noticed that when I open a audio file, it wont play unless a earphone is plugged into the computer before that..

Any help? This is all the info I can give, becos I dont know what else to add in. If extra info is needed, please tell me!

Hi, did this just start happening? or have you formatted your hard drive and new install?
See if the audio drivers are installed.Go the computer>right click>properties>device manager>sound>and is the driver installed? or is there a yellow!
